What data is collected and how does DYO use it?

Any information provided by you intentionally by completing the contact us form is saved via the Google Form onto a Google Sheet and used to contact the intended person for means of communication with the intended person (please see Google Policy information within section below). This information could include your name, phone number, email address and information you have written about your question/enquiry or situation. It is not sold to third parties or used for any other purpose.

Every 12 months the information on these sheets are deidentified and deleted. If you become a customer of DYO further information will be gathered for your services and you can review the full Privacy Policy at this time.

Methods of collection

Data is collected via:

·        You intentionally completing the contact us form; and

·        You unintentionally visiting the site and information being collected via google like ip addresses and locations to name a few (all listed in Google Analytics section below).

Customer communication

All information intentional or unintentional is used to increase the experiences for you to use the site. This may include stating communication preferences for DYO to contact you or to better enhance the website’s workability. If you do not want to share unintentional information, please follow the Google Analytics instructions to turn off these settings when browsing the site (see Google Analytics section below).

Redress and security information

If after visiting the site and providing information unintentionally, please contact DYO to request removal of your information. To do this, provide your name and IP address if known. No credit card information is stored on this website.

Future changes

DYO holds the right to change this policy over time. Notification of this will be via the date at the top of this form. DYO will update the link on the website. DYO keeps old policies if ever required for 7 years.
